What is our product?

We install a polyurea, polyaspartic, concrete coating. It is a premium product which adheres to or permeates the concrete surface to make a more durable aesthetically pleasing area. It lasts longer and is more flexible than a standard water based epoxy system. It offers many features anyone can enjoy.

Where can our product be installed?

We can install on pretty much anything concrete. Our most popular projects are garages and patios, but we have coated outdoor kitchen, pool decks, shops and more. Check out our photo gallery to see just what we can do.

Is your product slip resistant?

Yes! Our product is naturally slip resistant. But to make it more slip resistant, we can add an additional component to our product. Please note - it is not slip proof.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment by credit card, check or cash. We also partner with First Financial Bank and Wisetack for the finance option if a customer is interested - including a 12 month no interest option for well qualified applicants.

I’m an avid DIYer. Can I install this myself?

We respect the choice to do the work yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot sell our product for DIY projects and big box stores do not provide the same product as the Penntek polyurea we use. Our install process and certified team make coating floors look easy and the product we use is flexible and very durable.

Is your product easy to clean/maintain?

Absolutely! One of the main reasons people invest in this system is its cleaning ease. The protective concrete coating is non-porous and resists: water, salt, UV Rays, mold & mildew and peeling & lifting. We suggest using your favorite cleaning agent when you do clean.

How much for a standard 2 or 3 car garage?

In this business, there is no such thing as a standard 2-3 car garage. Every project is unique in that the square footage may be different or there may be cracks, pits, stains, an existing coating or many different factors that can affect pricing. That’s why all of estimates are free and in person. This gives each customer and our design consultant the opportunity to address any questions or issues.

How do you repair cracks, pits and stains?

Minor cracks, pits and stains can be repaired by our installers. As long as the cracks are not due to substrate failures, we can mend them utilizing our concrete mender which is also used on pits, Stains tend to be addressed during our profiling process but can require additional attention with our grinding process.

My concrete is new, why do you need to see it in person?

Even brand new concrete can have imperfections. Because the pricing is several factors, it is best to review each project in person. Minor imperfections need to be repaired, but we also want to hear what your vision is for the project. Do you have steps or want to customize in some way? We are here to listen.

How long does it take to install?

Most jobs take One Day to install. Larger jobs require more time, of course, but that is all determined when the contract is reviewed. The best part is, our customers can walk on the completed surface within 8-10 hours and can drive on put heavy objects on, or fully use within 30-36 hours.

Does your product come with a warranty?

Definitely! Our product is backed by a 15 year residential warranty and 5 year commercial warranty on all installs prior to August 1, 2023. Any install completed following August 1, 2023 is now backed by a lifetime warranty. The improvement of the Penntek Industrial coating has allowed us to offer the longer warranty. The warranty is also transferrable for up to one year. With the 100% UV stable top coat, your coated surface should look great for many years.
